When we submit your file and lock your loan with our investors, we tend to follow through and close the transaction. When our pull through is excellent then their profits are excellent. When these lenders are able to turn a better profit because of our performance, they actually share the wealth and we in-turn share the wealth with our clients in the form of better rates.
